Return and Refund Policy

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 2 days of receiving your order if you notice any items that are damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item,Buyer should contact Seller to show the machine problem by pictures and videos, if is the artificial damage, unable accept refund or replace.

artificial damage is considered as follows:

  1. If the machine demage is not promptly reported to the seller within 2 days after receiving the goods.
  2. Damage caused by severe impact to the equipment, resulting in deformation.
  3. Damage caused by improper use of the equipment, not following the instructions.
  4. Damage caused by not following the maintenance instructions in the manual.

If buyer doesn't show any proof video or machine to proof machine unable work, then Seller will not agrees any refund or replace.

We offer prepaid return labels when shipping your item back within. The return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount. And the item should be returned in 30days.

Please email h2jawell.yetta@gmail.com and a member from our customer care team will assist you through this process. Your customer care representative will let you know in advance what your refund total will be and answer any questions you might have.

If your returned product does not pass our inspection process, it may not be eligible for a refund. We are not responsible for the shipping fee and taxes to send back any product deemed ineligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note: Due to the different taxes and fees incurred for shipping to each country, the taxes and fees incurred for the merchandise will be borne by the customer. If the customer refuses to accept the product due to taxes and fees, all costs incurred will be borne by the customer's party.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns of lifetime protection plans, extended warranties, gift cards, charging cables, or bottle protection sleeves. We also do not refund any shipping or handling fees.

Refund:

When your refund is approved you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. A member of our team will let you know once your refund has been processed. Please note it may take 7-14 business days for your bank or credit card company to post your refund to your account.
